Well...this weekend was so worth it!!!
Called in Friday for a day of rest & recovery. Felt so good to just lie in bed and laze around before I had to deal with a nightmanre.
Show opened friday nite...all three reviewers were there...That stupid cunt bitch got lost so many times & repeated herself half a dozen more times...it was entirely special. I hope they picked up on how bad it was. She's still being a bitch, in fact now she pretends to not even see me. My heart is broken over all the free time I have to do my job. Highlight of the nite...my whiny actor boy asking me if I can get him a fan or something backstage where he spends LESS THAN TEN MINUTES AT A TIME.
Spent a little time with Mike...learned somethings I didn't want to know...unsure how to deal with that.
Saturday nite went into the theatre to learn the A/C had leaked ALL NITE LONG onto most of my set. Had to spend 30 minutes mopping like a mad woman and replacing everything on one part of my set....only to have it start raining on my whiny ass actors during a scene. Followed by that stupid cunt bitch Daisy making comments about the dripping sound, just in case our patrons missed it. What happened to actors who knew how to go on like nothing mattered???? But in the end...she had to sit in it and think about what she had done...all the water pooled on the chair she spends the last scene in...so she looked like she pissed herself, and no on knew it was water from the leak.
I want to go see a movie today, but I don't know if anyone is coming with as a certain someone hasn't gotten back to me. Anyone have any suggestions? I've been out of the real world for so long, I don't even know whats out!
