8:45 this morning I hit the oral surgeon's office. By 10 I was in my own bed, catching up on some sleep.

The only pain I have is from where they put the clamps in to keep my mouth open. That and the anal bleeding and funny taste in my mouth.

Overall it wasn't a horrible experience. They hooked me up to a monitor and it beeped 65 at first...then 75 when the nurse put the IV in...then 95 when I heard the doc's footsteps come down the hall. As soon as I could smell the rubber gloves and feel the bright light on me, I could feel myself getting woozy and hot. Apparently I turned white. From there I remember the nurse putting cold towels on my face and me saying "atta girl, you're too good to me."

Next thing I knew I was in the Acme with my dad buying peaches in syrup, peaches in peach jello, Jell-O peach and mango smoothies. My buddy's mom works at the deli and she said hello, but that's all I can remember about that.

So now, it's no pain for me. My darling Nadia came up with Johnny and surprised me. Of course Melissa was there. (and knows how Nadia and I were before. weird.)

Tomorrow I'll be at Temple to check out my new office. Yay!
