T-Mobile is bullshit.

I upgraded to a Blackberry last weekend. Swapped a Pearl out for a Bold. So when the girl flipped cards for it, I assumed she loaded all my contacts. Well, fuck me in the ass for thinking she did.

Turns out, I lost all my numbers, and I mean all of them. Not a single digit was transfered over. As soon as I realized the numbers hadn't been switched, I called the store and asked them to hold the phone.

Did the clerk tell inform me that the phone would be held only for two days?

Of course not.

That was found out the hard way tonight when I went over there to try to get things straightened out. Thanks T-Mobile, you fucking dipshits.

Oh, did I mention I covered the fucking President of the United States on Monday?
