I went into a japanese restraunt that was very very out of the way in Yorba Linda along my bike ride home from work one time not knowing what it was like or what kindo protocals one uses in a japanese restraunt. After walking in quietly and seeing but one person in the entire place minus the crew, I was asked if I'd like to sit at a table or at the bar. I was by myself so I gently and somewhat shyly said "um ... the bar?" and the girl shouted out, at the top of her lungs, "SUSHU BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" and every other employee in the entire place, one by one, followed her suit shouting in his and her own tone in varying degrees of enthusiasm "SUSHI BAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa". That whole night was just a really odd dining experience.
