I like duck but prefer a cow steak or I guess more of a red meat! Duck does lend itself quite well to nut encrustings or stuffings

Yes me too, a Beef Rib eye is my favorite, basic salt and pepper, if demi glace is available a little of that...yeah, i have experimented some with cooking alternatively, with new ideas. thank you .. :)~
