Well my new healthy regimes going wellish.....cut down on the coffee which is kinda a good thing, just need to get arse in gear and start running again and start meditation and yoga as want to get back in shape as 14km run coming up in may and i done jack lol.
My little girl is moving up into the toddlers group at her daycare so she not classed as a baby anymore shes growing up so fast
.....i'm gonna be a mess her first day of real school...
