one of my most important and bestest friends has been here for the last couple of days.
i'm so glad that he came out to see me.
nothing like good friends to help put your life and stuff in perspective.
he wants me to read all the Carlos Castaneda books, which were recomended to me before by other good friends. so he bought me the first one yesterday, which was nice

i can't help but wonder sometimes what kinds of jjourneys you are destined to take with friends, family and those in your inner circle of acquaintinces.
possibly planned for this summer: a drive from LA to Michigan.
anyone see Rules of Attraction? it was o.k....funny too. The whole story seemed kind of pointless, but maybe that was the point. Shannon Sosman is *hot*
even the kid from Dawson's Creek was really good-i never watch that show so it didn't seem wierd to me to see him playing a asshole.
we are finally getting around to painting the rest of our house-the main hallways are now grey. it's fukcing amazing how much a little color in your house will do for you. i 'm probably gonna paint my room green. i've never lived in a green room before.
funny/bizarre story: i guess my roomtes girlfriend has a tortoise for a pet. it lives in her parent's basement, and is getting too big to stay..it's like the size of a small dog or something..
so she and a friend and the dang turtle are road-tripping to Florida or somewhere down south to give the tortoise to a tortoise shelter.
isn't that kinda funny and weird at the same time?
