Hi hi, I've had a really busy time since I got back from Scotland, well, if you count being so jet lagged I slept for about 20 hours straight! My newest set just came out today https://www.suicidegirls.com/members/twiggy/album/1555698/la-chaise-noire/
By @exkyu & @countessa so hop on over if you love breasts with lots of blingy bits on them!
Anyway, on to homework, this homework is really fun, I have so many favourite fictional characters so I'm afraid I've written about a couple:
Granny Weatherwax:
“Granny Weatherwax was often angry. She considered it one of her strong points. Genuine anger was one of the world's greatest creative forces. But you had to learn how to control it. That didn't mean you let it trickle away. it meant you dammed it, carefully, let it develop a working head, let it drown whole valleys of the mind and then, just when the whole structure was about to collapse, opened a tiny pipeline at the base and let the iron-hard stream of wrath power the turbines of revenge.”
I love the Discworld series so much. So so much. It was hard to pick just the one character as I'm also a massive fan of Tiffany Aching and Captain Vimes but Granny is my very favourite. She's strong to the point of stubborn, extremely clever and never loses. Granny is part of an ensemble cast of witches and probably works best when played off against Nanny Ogg who is smutty, chatty and down to earth.
Terry Pratchett consistently writes strong, complex female characters which is part of what makes his books so appealing to me.
Speaking of strong complex female characters..
Major Kira Nerys (Star Trek DS9) played by Nana Visitor
Maybe this is just because we're marathoning DS9 in my house right now but I just love her! She's virtually permanently cross with something. She's so intelligent and brave but also compassionate and sensitive.
Look how grumpy she is! Lovely awesome grumpy Kira!
Oh, and her bottom is just perfect.
SO much perfect. But, mainly the thing about how she's a good role model and awesome, clearly.
Well, that's blog homework this week, have to say it was super fun! @charmaine blog homework.
Oh, and if you're at a loose end or even if you aren't you should have a look at @harvest in her debut set Slow Down. It was shot on the same day as mine and it's just beautiful! :)
