Oh, Hai!
Hooooomework! 10 facts about me:
1. I am Scottish but I live in Australia. I love so many things about Scotland but since I came here (almost 3 years ago now) it has made itself my home. Glasgow in the winter;
2. I wear pretty much the same jewellery (auto correct says thats the right spelling but it looks a wee bit wonky to me) every day; ring (which my baby sister bought me) silver bangle (which I one time left at a member's house for about a year and a half but still got back) and my blingy plugs which i've been wearing for about 7 years now (not the same pair but the same style)
3. I do not like bacon. There is nothing wrong with that.
4. If it was up to me my sex life would be directed by zack snyder, scored by trent reznor, star the cast of true blood, vikings and blood and sand (except for john hannah who can go to gregs to get some macaroni pies for after) have costumes provided by agent provocateur and coco do mer and have accessories provided by a blacksmith. You're welcome.
5. I fucking love tea. It's a stereotype but I have a very Scottish/Irish love of tea. This is totes my next set;
6.Also undies. If you hadn't picked it up yet I have a thing about underthings.
7. I play ingress. A lot. I'm now L8 and I play green. I like the blowing shit up aspect of the game so much. You can see me in the middle of the town mashing the screen and making little 'pew!pew!' noises. #grownup.
8.IRL I manage a shop, I'm not sure it's my calling but I love it and I love the guys that work for me :)
9. I love Terry Pratchett and The Discworld. My Knowledge is pretty encyclopaedic (see that as a challenge if you like) but I particularly love Granny Weatherwax and could (and almost do) read about her endlessly.
10. The best job I have ever had was film projection. The projection booth was a place I had always been fascinated by, even when I was wee I would look at the back of the cinema and up at the beam of light and feel so excited and enchanted (I always will I think). I also had (still have) a fascination with secret spaces. Getting to work in there was amazing and eventually I want to get into film archiving or similar. I looked exactly like this:
