Boy did I have a wonderful time at home for the holidays. One of the more memorable visits. Mikey made vegan Irish Cream and I must say...kudos...it's delicious.
I dod need to update more...it's just one of the many things I got distracted from whilst getting caught up in the maylay of grad school. My favorite holiday is fast approaching. I'm still trying to convince Katie to come join me in Blooomington for the festivities. I have no real desire to drive up to northern Michigan, but if she doesn't come back in time, I might just need the "trip to Cleveland."
I wish everyone a happy holiday and Les, thanks for the gifts, I'll definitely put them to use as I try to bring balance back into my life...the culinary track seems to do the trick.
