So, summer is almost over and school is beginning again. Though, when you get to working age it doesn't really feel like summer exists anymore anyway. Atleast not in the way it did when you were a kid with no worries or responsibilities.
If I don't have a nervous breakdown this semester it will be a miracle. I got my work schedule for this week and there will not be a day where I don't have either work or school and some days where I have work and school. I have a feeling this will be life for the next 4 or so months and I'm not looking forward to it. I think I'd be ok with it if I were happier with my major.
At least I'm working towards finally getting my liscence. That should be a nice change. It will mean much more indepence and less money spent on car service and public transportation. That is, if I can get a car.
Yeah....not much going on besides that. I'm going to spend my last day of freedom doing absolutely nothing. Maybe I'll watch a couple movies and finish reading the last book I'll probably be reading leisurely for a while. Does that sentence make sense? Grammar was never my strongest subject. I don't think I've ever had a strongest subject. I've just been kinda mediocre at every subject. Never failing, never exceeding. ho hum.

For those who say, "I feel no pity for people who lack the courage to change their lives if they're not happy" I say, "fuck you motherfucker."

but, we are thinking of switching over to Final Cut Pro HD. i'm currently finishing my last movie that i edited with media100 and my very next movie i'm doing on Final Cut. final cut is fine, i can totally edit my movie, however i can't do it as quickly. but...for the money, final cut pro is a great product. if i had to choose between the two based on cost, i would choose final cut.
so yeah, i use media100 and final cut pro currently. i've never used an avid or anything else worth noting. adobe premiere is absolute crap.
