I work in a dive bar in san francisco. It's my first bartending gig. How the fuck am I supposed to get more people into a bar that's got a bad rep and no passersby to begin with. People never like to think that their bartender or server or sales person, or anyone doing any kind of service has their own life other than serving schmucks. I think the reason people do this is that it's easier to boss people around when you have no emotional connection. what kind of a world are we living in when we find it a necessity to devalue the lives of others? I dont mean to sound like a hippie by any means. I'm a jersey girl, so I guess I can be the worst of the worst, but give me a fucking break man. I'm just trying to make a little cash to pay for school...

has he fixed that place up at all?
does he still hang out behind the bar all the time?
losing rachael and simmons was a bad choice, over time they could've brought in the old cassidy's crowd.
that place has a lot of work, and for a dive, which it is, ajay needs to get his prices right.
the location is pretty brutal too.
good luck!!
