Oh, I always play through games on hard, just so that it presents a challenge. Of course, I was on "hard" and not "extreme" on Breakdown, because extreme is insane (I think I would have to own it to play that mode).

Its kind of a long story why my rents don't like my boy but the gyst of it is that he didn't have a job or a drivers license when I met him, and hes not a christian like they are. The rest is total bullshit, but whatever.
I hope you do get things figured out.

I don't think WebTV is around anymore. And from my brief encounters with it (at my sister's house... not at my own!), the bad far outweighed the good. A laptop with a wireless connection or a really long cord might be able to provide the same sort of thing. (I had another word there, but I just suffered a severe brain fart. I hate those.)

Blink 182 are funny. Heard the lead singer interviewed and he had such a wicked sense of humour - I thought I have to listen to that... funny guy. It makes the music have it's proper tongue in cheek attitude when you've heard him talk. The "I wanna fuck a dog" song made me piss my pants laughing.

as for Nickelback. I love their lyrics. I especially love the song about the woman who is getting battered, how he wants to beat the hell out of the guy doing it but in the end, instead of 'rescuing' here... she stands up for herself and rescues herself. I like 'em. That and the lead singer from Nickelback's wife works for the same Canadian Charity that I build their web site. It's a charity that helps teach kids in the Phillipeans and now in Costa Rica. Anyway sometimes Nickel Back plays a gig and gives some of the proceeds. or plays with other local bands at fund raisers... So I think they are cool.

i-robot reminds me of i-ninja. which is a pretty cool game for lack of hype.

With the exception of most adaptations of Stephen King novels, I usually find it somewhat interesting to see how a book is transformed into a movie.

There are, of course, exceptions to that. There are some books that I'm very wary of seeing turned into films, just as there are some books that I think must be made into films.

Anyway, I think I, Robot looks like it'll be a good movie.

And in case you're wondering, the only Stephen King books that have been turned into films that I have liked are Stanley Kubrick's version of The Shining (though the one King directed was alright, too) and Secret Window.

Yep, I've been over to Relative Theory Records once. They've got a nice little setup. I didn't have much of a chance to check out their merchandise or anything since I was just there to drop some stuff off, but I would guess they're a pretty decent store. I think they're locally owned and operated, too...

I try to steer clear of the current events boards because they tend to turn into all-out flame wars. There are some intelligent points that gett brought up, though. Perhaps when I have more time to just vegetate on the internet I'll get involved in them.
