No work, Mr. Beef, wandering around with oak, coffee, writing a letter to an old friend, mimosas (thanks chiquita for planting the seed), a bit of Dick Dale, and a Fassbinder film.
Now that's what I call a good day!
"vamanos a luchar!"
Oh, the film was "Fox and His Friends," and it reaffirmed the fact that Fassbinder kicks ass.
I think tomorrow I'm going to try to go to this place, even though it's almost ten miles away! One of the owners had a cafe in Madison for a little while, and it was pretty nice. He's a chubby Korean Buddhist, which pretty much set the tone for the place. Now I just have to figure out how the hell I'm gonna get there!
Phrase of the day: "violent xenophobic slackers."
