I went to ask the girl out, and was promptly and wholly shot down. It was really just a formality at this point, so I'm not too bothered.
I've got lots of stuff to do around the apartment today, but so far I'm making minimal progress. Hey, I'm sick, what do you want from me?
I think I lost my watch on Saturday, when I blacked out after leaving the bar. I don't know what's more amazing: that I lost my watch, of all things, or that I made it home alright in whatever condition I was in. On that note, it was awfully nice to go out last night and not drink at all. I'm gonna have to see if I can't keep that up.
More stuff:
It's warm outside, for the second or third day this year. This means, of course, that every clown and their dog wants to get out, lock themselves into their cars, and enjoy the outside.
I'm glad I'm staying in today. I wouldn't mind it so much if the bastards had the decency to bike or walk or something, and at least try to enjoy the weather!
Although all the cars were pretty amusing when I went out on my bike a few hours ago. Why? Because when there's that damn many of them, they can't move!
One other thing about having a warm day: I'm probably the only chump wearing long underwear!

it's so hot here today. i tried reading in the sun and had to come back inside.
on blacking out: i know people that have stumbled out of bars only to find themselves home but minus their belt and shoes. wtf?
