Erotica, is more like art.
You don't need to actually see "anything rude" in erotica, whereas in pornography, you see everything rude!
Though I suppose the lines blur depending on the person that's viewing...
In my opinion, erotica is literature or art intended to arouse sexual desire whereas pornography is creative activity (writing or pictures or films etc.) of no literary or artistic value other than to stimulate sexual desire.
This then provokes the question "what is art?"
Many definitions of pornography refer to the intention of the person producing it in which case nobody can say without being inside their head.
I certainly couldn't come up with a definition like "if it shows this it's porn". You can only judge each piece of work on an individual basis and decide if it moves you on a level other than purely sexually.
