Kids, man. Kids and work.

My wife is the most beautiful and sexy girl I know but we're both driven to exhaustion by the aforementioned. We have no energy to celebrate each others' bodies. (Well I do, but that's not important.)

I miss quiet moments and soft touches. I miss the sound of that love more than anything.

We used to have wild times too;...

Kids are 1 and 4. They held hands in the car yesterday. That was possibly the cutest thing I have ever seen. I did a little unintentional 'squeeee' noise.

We talk about it all the time. We know what we're missing out on. And really, it's just one of those things you have to ride out. Endure. We'll still be in love when they're not such hard work. And by then, I think we'll be right on the average age of fetish clubbers and swingers.
brogan:
well hello mister smile you know I get where you are with that, not with the kids per say but with long distance&tiredness&yada yada....I'm ok, working a job I hate but trying to enjoy my time outside of work. how are you?xx

New year, same approach. Keep working. Save money. We'll need it. Apply myself to the best of my ability and fight to do the right things.

Keep my sexuality open, patient and loving.

Run hard and run long.

Optimism, optimism, optimism.

Happy new year mister! Nice to see you back in the world and off the lines! I've got some travel plans in the mix for summer but life may get in the way, so let me know when you are headed round this way and we can see what shakes into being.

I'm back. Over a year later and nearer to ten years since I discovered SG.

I have come to realise a few things. Like most of the people I know here, SG has been a part of my slowly maturing youth. It doesn't matter how many friends or comments you have; it now runs deeper in my life and in my subconcious than a regular...

Back from rainy Scotland where I was helping people shoot stuff, travelled for 19 hours, did a marathon worth of running, read two books, walked around a mountain forest and acquired a tick for my troubles which my Bombardier ripped off. Brilliant stuff.

Seriously doesn't seem that long ago but makes sense when I think about it. Crazy.
I assume you guys used thread or something similar to avoid getting infected, stupid ticks, nothing that small should fuck us up so bad for not being handled right.
brogan:
happy birthday mister.xx

I'm having one of those mildly depressed evenings where I feel I have no friends and no one gets me. Look at that; 31 and still a sulky adolescent. Gothness embrace me.

The old guys I talk with at the coffee shop and I mean the 80-90ish year old guys, say the same thing man. It's just a snappy part of being human for everyone! wink

Thanks! The wee girl is my eldest niece, who is 7 now, but has seemingly endless amounts of energy. I was pretty fortunate to capture it given the sluggishness of my iPhone 3G and the speed she runs at!

And tsk tsk, what would Dawkins say? wink x
