Monday will deliver the hardest race of my life so far.
4 mile run with 17.5 kilos, 800m Assault course with 8 kilos and rifle, back up to 17.5 kilos, 1 mile run to the range and then sprints mixed with shoots from 300, 200 and 100 meters. If I don't vomit, I'm not trying hard enough.
It will be a weekend of hot baths, sleep and a lot of fluids.
Thank crap I never considered Airborne.
