A week and a day gone since making an appointment and I'm still on track for an Army Officer interview etc.
I've changed my training from strength to endurence as I founf the entrance fitness was harder than I first suspected. I can proudly say I pretty much did it straight off but I want to find it easy. So it's 1.5 miles in 10mins 30secs 4 times a week until further notice.
I've had some interesting responses so far. Thanks to all who have been encouraging, especially my new aquaintance Lock who seems to have been through this very same decision process.
I just have to catch up on my historical knowledge so I'll be reading a history of modern warfare and 'Battles' on the bus like one of them psychos you see looking around nervously incase Charlie is in the drivers seat.
Off to sabotage the day job for now tho'. See you soon.

I hope it all works out for you, Mister. Keep safe, right? Will you be the kind of Officer that has to go to war?
