Bleh - it continues to be stinking hot here on the prarie. 106 (41C) forecast for today and tomorrow - 6th longest streak of 100+ days in history here, will be nearly two weeks without a break if it ends as forecasted on Sunday (only 95 then, and lower 90s or upper 80s next week - we're going to need to break out our parkas!).
Columbia's "Fire in the Sky" July 4 fireworks were downtown this year, so I grabbed some shots from the top of a parking garage basically across the street from my studio. The building in in the lower left of the shots is Jesse Hall, the main administration building for the University of Missouri.

I've been splitting my time between trying to find more work so I can keep the studio open, and looking for other work in case I can't. Definitely an emotional whipsaw.
