Well, this morning was certainly eventful. For the first time in over 30 years of driving I was responsible for an auto accident (I've been rear-ended twice, but that doesn't count!). 
I can't even begin to pretend it wasn't my fault. I was pulling onto the blacktop from my (gravel) county road. I'd come to a complete stop, looked both ways and then went -- only I somehow didn't see the guy coming from my left. I rolled forward and T-boned him! 
I was in my Dodge Dakota pickup (4WD, V8) and he was in a Ford Festiva (I didn't know any of them were still running!). Needless to say, I won. The extent of damage to the truck was some scrapes and paint on my front bumper and it tore off my license plate. I was completely unhurt (I was wearing my seatbelt and probably not going over 5 mph). I crunched the rear quarter panel on the passenger side of his car pretty well, and then he oversteered and went off the road and rolled the car on to the drivers side. 
He wasn't badly hurt -- maybe a hip injury. But they had to cut the roof off the car to extricate him. He was conscious alert and oriented x3 throughout, though. Calling people on his cell phone and generally being cool. He's a paramedic from a neighboring county so he knew the drill. Hopefully he'll continue to be cool.
I, of course, got a ticket -- "Careless and Imprudent Driving" which, when it leads to an accident means a Class A Misdemeanor, which can have up to 1 yr of jail and/or up to $1,000 in fines. I don't expect any jail time, but expect I'll have to pay a several hundred dollar fine. And obviously my insurance rates are going to go up. Plus it's 4 points on my license.
It sucks, but I got no one to blame but myself. 
When I got done with all that, I had to get gas and I figured while I was there I'd already had my share of bad luck for the day so I bought a Powerball lottery ticket.
On a MUCH lighter note, on Saturday I got to shoot with Justicia and her girlfriend. Justicia was doing solo yoga and then the two of them did some partner acro-yoga. It was really awesome stuff. I'll attach a bunch of samples at the end in a spoiler section. These aren't fully worked up, but you'll get the idea. Pretty damn amazing stuff. They took me out to eat at the Schlafley bottle works, which was WONDERFUL! :

Schlafley beer, and the food was pretty darn tremendulous, too! Go give Justicia some lovin', cause she's total awesomesauce.

Accidents happen. Sucks though! And boy are they expensive! Glad you're ok.
How have you been? Sorry I haven't been around mcuh, I'm working my butt off now. Bianca is already 7 months old!! Can u believe that? It feels like just last week I was still preggy and bitching to have her already!
all is well here. no accidents, and all my friends are marvelling at the pix. the lighting and everything really turned out so great. i've already narrowed them down (surpirse!), so i'll send you my list shortly.
