Well, last night my son and I and one of his buddies went to the Tool concert in Kansas City. Wow!!! They put on a totally awesome show. And their opening band is Isis -- worth the trip just for that, too! If you can see this show, don't miss it. Great music, great lighting effects, great everything. Traffic was a bitch (we also had to contend with KC Royals traffic going in), but everything else really rocked. 
I also got an amazing compliment from Mike (my son) last night. He said "You're the closest thing to a Rennaisance man I know." What 16 year old says that to his dad? I love the relationship that we have. We're definitely good for each other.
We submitted Brixton's latest set yesterday, too. Personally I think it's the best yet. Hopefully the SG gods will feel similarly and y'all will get to see it soon. It kicks ass.
Did I ever tell you that I absolutely LOVE doing maternity shoots? Some time I want to do either a gallery show or a coffee table book of just maternity shots. I think they're so beautiful. What do you think? How many of you would be interested in such a show/book? Here are a few of my favorites:
