I got myself down the gym for the first time in a while this evening, I know I'm not fat but I've put a bit of weight on lately, and when your use to being a certain weight for a relatively long length of time you notice it. I think this is actually the first time I've put on a considerable amount of weight in my life.
I managed to do 5k running/ walking on the tread mill and then a 2k row. Not great and not as fit as I was this time last year but definitely going to try to get back in visiting the gym more.
Also not appreciating trying to sleep at night in this hot weather, eurgh.
