So I've had a really nice weekend, and it's been just what I've needed. It's definitely been overdue having a bit of a fun and not thinking about uni work or work work, so that was nice.
I met up with @misslollirot in London yesterday and had a really good time. We went up the Shard and got an awesome view over the city, I'm pretty sure it's the tallest building in the UK now, if not Europe. I've never really seen the city like that at night before, but thought it was pretty inspiring! I do like London, probably wouldn't mind living there for a bit one day I think.
Also went for a yummy meal in Leicester Square and a random bike/taxi ride through Soho looking for some bar! a very enjoyable evening was had. Here are two little photos from our trip! I love the lights in them.
On another note I'm super excited that the walking dead is coming back tonight, I'm a huge fan and would probably say it's my favourite television show ever. I've read all the comics books (so far) and I bought these awesome book ends for them today.
It'll be interesting to see where they take the second half of series 4, but personally I think they'll introduce 'the hunters' story arc. It feels like the second half of this series seems more like a new series all together, probably because we're finally getting to leave the prison (I think that should of been wrapped up at the end of series 3 but that's a whole other thing!) I'm also predicting the death of either Glenn or Maggie and the return of Carol and Morgan! just my thoughts anyway, if you've got any theories let me know!
