I think of this quote everytime I sit down to work on my business plan. I took an amazing online course the other day on beginning your business plan and it got me focused on the main points of my plan, where as before I had over 20 diferent plans of action. Focusing on 3 now which has helped me move forward in action rather than stall in planning for action. I am also working on a name, the previous name just doesn't fit me. My company is called JF Entertainment, which will stay, but for my venue name...I am struggling. Working on it. I think I might have a lead on a location...Focus.
