Practice being honest with yourself, honest about what you feel, think and sense. Do not trap yourself into the habit of convincing yourself that you are as others see you or want to see you. Throughout your life you have been exposed to conditioning that has attempted to make you deny your feelings, thoughts and sensations. Relax and feel what you feel because it is real. Remember that nothing is unthinkable. Recognize your senses as a way of relating to your experience instead of selecting what is accepted or denied. When the practice of honesty becomes familiar, extend it to other people without using it as a blunt instrument. Continue this exercise until you find yourself being honest within the entire scope of your exsitence.
