Whenever I try to think of what day it is, it's just kind of a grey haze. I have no clue and I certainly don't know what time it is. I do know that my body is so tired, it's itching like it needs to go to sleep. Those little twinges that you just can't scratch because they're deep below the skin. But I can't go to bed yet because I'm baking beets and they should be taken out before I fall asleep.

This weekends was... busy but going out with everyone was awesome. I haven't been out dancing for a long time (I think almost a year) and I've missed it! I hope to do it again sometime - perhaps I can find something over here where they have a good dance scene.

I love this time of year because as I walk down one of the main streets here, it smells like flowers - the trees along the street are blooming. It's such a gorgeous smell and it makes me happy. As does walking in a light rain and having the rain drip down my nose. (That was tonight).

I'm looking forward to this coming weekend because I can stop going to the office and that'll be a joy. I'm so tired of going into work - it's been 8 days so far and it'll stop after 4 more days. Oof. Well, it could be worse, it could be snowing.

Yeah, my beets smell like they're done. Good.
