well, i haven't updated in a while because i'm finding myself volunteering most of my time at Berkeley High School. i think i'm starting to see why all teachers always seem to be a little wacky. kids are insane. i'm really glad i'm doing this now though, it'll give me my first chance to seriously consider this profession. i don't think i ever really thought about how hard it really is. i think every teacher is forced to evaluate their position and decide if it's worth it. if i can do most of that thought process now, that'll save me--either way--in the long run.

i don't have any idea what else i might do besides teach, but i don't want to drag myself through something if my heart's not totally in it. i think i'll know one way or the other by spring.
