i feel like i'm on a threshhold... either my confidence, frustration, or desperation--or all three--are pushing me toward a crossroads. the confidence gives me hope. the frustration gives me resolve. and the desperation is equal parts boldness and foolishness. that's a recipe for life experience my friends.

Its called "The Dream of the Fisherman's Wife". Its a woodcut made around 1820 by an artist named Hokusai. Its interesting because as recent as 1987 in the manga Urotsukidoji it was used to get around censorship rules that prohibit showing the penis. I think that the censorship period is over but it produced a lot of images like these.
