I know I'm getting it though, my cravings have been less and less (except for the one with morn coffee) so work will be a challenge tomorrow with absolutely NO smokes. Good luck man! I cold turkeyed it a while back, after smoking a pack a day for about four years. I have this little bit of advice: get used to thinking and saying, "I don't smoke," and don't keep track of how long you've it's been since you quit.
Did something the other day that I've never done. I actually spent money on clothes ... for myself! A friend of mine has a wedding coming up in a week or so. Since my closet is full of nothing but heavily worn T-shirts, jeans, and old work clothes I figured I'd need some new threads fit for the occasion.
