When I am gone, break all ties and cut all strings. Cross this vast land to another coastline and build a new past-removing the pieces I never want to remember and adding pieces I will tell my children. This hole, this nothingness never seemed to be home and it has nothing for me and I want nothing from it. I gave it everything I had and yet I am only leaving bitter and angry in hopes of sunshine every morning and better things to come. Rest in peace forever you Ohio skyline.
