Why is it so hard to find a good tattoo artist in your area? Ive gotten all of my tattoos in Santa Cruz, but I never go there anymore. Ive been searching for one locally but all of the artists' work that Ive seen, so far, isnt what Im looking for. mad

I need a new one.

I go to Jessica Cooke at Primary Concepts in Davis. She is amazing. Amazing! Her rates are really low for her skill and experience, and her shop is very laid back and welcoming. You should check it out.
