I wonder if cops find cell phones halfway through a text message when investigating crashes. On my way home from work today I almost got sideswiped, and another car did a swerve and recover move in front of me (at seperate times and different drivers). A gave the stink eye to both as I passed them and they were both mid-text. If you are going to text and drive be experienced enough to text without looking and keep your eyes on the road. Or at least run into someone other than me.
