Well, an entire work week with nothing to do, normally that's not a bad thing, but not this week. We've had almost no jobs all week, and I swear, sitting in the shop for a full 8 hours is FUCKIN' BORING.
Finally, the weekend's here though, which would also usually be a good thing, but not when they tell you at the last minute that you gotta come in early Saturday morning to sit on the damn flightline for about 3-4 hours. What makes it worse is that my boy's celebrating his b-day tonight too, but, I gotta stay sober, whoopdie fucking doo.
Now, I should stay in and get some rest tonight before heading to work tomorrow, but then again that's not really my way
. Go out, celebrate, get back in at about 5, go to work, and sleep in the truck on the flightline. Don't know about you guys, but it sounds like a good plan to me. Enjoy you're weekend peeps.
