So I wake up to find guys painting outside my window. Then theyre inside the building, tearing up (perfectly good) carpet and painting the doors. Next, theyre putting up butt ugly blue vinyl awnings outside, even on the front of the building, which had a nice looking red brick faade. Not anymore! The fuckers painted over the brick. Its white now. Suddenly, my apartment number changed from F to 005 (Im a secret agent man!). Turns out the building is being sold to the owners of the hotel next door. Woulda been nice if they had told us that before renovations started. But the owner wants us to believe that it isnt actually sold yet. Asshole. He must think were compleat idiots.

So, I might be looking for a new place to live in the not-too-distant future.

In other news, Im thinking about getting a utilikilt. They really friggin expensive, though. Good news is, the Canadian dollar has been rising against the US dollar. Maybe if it rises enough, I can get one.
