The Boys
Heroes
Two stories dealing with superhuman abilities and the effect they have on the average person, and each one on extreme ends of the moral spectrum. On TV good and evil are fairly well defined with some slight graying for dramatic effect, whereas in comic form le bien and le mal seem to rise up and bitchslap you from nowhere. Both are interesting in the people and situations they present, but what gets me is that these two very different story arcs both began near time chronologically and are completely perpendicular to each other. I think each one is great however if tons of sex and brutal graphic violence are not to your liking, don't spend time with "the boys".
