I am very seriously considering a new tattoo, it's from an etching of Mushashi Miyamoto one of the most legendary swordsmen of 17th Japan. Now of course there is nothing cooler than samurai, however I have other reasons for choosing this picture. The quote "I regret none of my actions in the past because they have lead to the person that I am now." as always been linked to him in some form and although it first rang in my ears 15 years ago it is still clear today. The other reason is because he was such a badass, on several occasions when he was called out to a duel he would often show up with wooden practice swords to combat his opponents steel blades. I can't conceive of a better image to impregnate into my flesh.
