Its pouring out. I have a headache thats been growing as the day goes on. I wonder if its pressure related due to the weather or if its the beer I had last night????
The sis in law is quite angry with me. I called her yesterday to see how she was doing and she freaked that I hadn't called all weekend. I kinda have a life here??? She said I should been there for her more as they broke up yet again (the 30th time) and felt like I had brsuhed her off. I told her that I didn't know she wasn't ok as I believe the breakups are kinda commonplace and always her decision and I was outta town with family obligations ...she said she had to calm down for a few days before we talked again. calmed down from me calling to see if she was ok? Wow, that was really evil eh?
Slowly she will be gone form my life but was hoping to ease into it nicely.
Taco night. Wish i still had some of my homemade salsa sor it but alas I do not...
Have been reading up a storm. I wrote down a bunch of titles off my lit group and ordered them in at my branch of library, picke dup 4 yesterday so I have 30 days or something to finish them. I do this most winters here. The snow keeps me well read. I read The Bell Jar finally yesterday in a day....meh
I prolly woulda liked it more if I was a mopey 20 y/o but at this age and with the stuff I have went through I kinda hated it and her especially. I could go on and on about this but I won't. I started Geek Love today and am 87 pages in and I am in LOVE!!
When I got kicked out as a teen I was on my way to uni in my last year of hs. I was angry that my kife got fucked in a blink of an eye. I had no where to go and had to make money to eat so I joined the army. I stayed from the age 17 to 20 and while I was there I read everything that was on the universities book list for my friends that went. I felt then that I had educated myself and it was there that I got into habit of voracious reading.
someone come rub my head please?
