Doing my civic duty this weekend. I researched and made my list for who I am voting for on the municipal and provincial elections.
I was able to "hire" Nora, (the girl from earlier posts) 3 times this week and then made her stay for supper. So at least I know that she has three good meals and 30 bucks in her pocket for whatever she may need. Its win-win all around as the kids adore her, other kids at the park or scared of her (which I like as we live in rough 'hood) and she gets money and food.
The husband and I had long and dirty sex on couch last night (where we don't have to worry about little ears) ...
We are taking the kids to an expo this aft so they can run around like crazy and have fun.
so in a nutshell All is Good!

I did a teaching placement last year and I hated it when parents brought their kids in sick. They would always bring down like half of the class.
I remember I was working with this one girl and she was pretty ill (she was only 6), anyway I was helping her with her reading, when she let out a big yellow snotty sneeze... on my hand. Thanks. Thank's a lot kid. Then she just smiled at me, and well it's hard to stay mad at 'em.
