It has been crazy here with all the gardening that we have been doing! Under all of last years leaves that we never raked up are really lovely plants and flowers. Theres a couple yuccas and tonnes of crocuses and daffodils started and blooming. I think I'm really going to enjoy this house alot! The park across the street is awesome for the kids and the backyard is starting to look really pretty. Plus its pretty low maintainance, there is no grass just ivy and paths, so no mowing! Which is good with three kids under three, not much time for bullshit. Desmonds bday party was alright, my hubbys family all bailed at last minute like the flakes they are, but it was fun none the less. I made alot of homemade souvlaki and burgers and stuff and the weather was nice so we bbq'ed and ate outside at the new table. I also found out while at the park that my old friend from grade school and HS lives behind us and I haven't seen here in AGES! and she has two little ones of her own so it was nice to finally have another mommy friend. I actually have never made one yet, all my friends are still drugging and "partying" so our lives kinda split...so this was nice surprise. It was so nice to chat with someone who didn't look at me in pity or think my life had gone from crazy "exciting" to boring family life, because she chose the same path.
