My hamstrings hurt, big time. Went to the gym last night, mt body is so not usedf to that kind of work out. Going to work on my power in the gym, making a training program for the next year. Heading for gold in the FM Atlet competition next winter. By then I have to run the Swedish mile (10 km) in about 40 minutes, lift about eighty kilos benchpress and then do more than ten chins.
I have something to work on, that is.

Sounds like when I got back on my bike this year after being off it for wuite a while, it get's better.
