Well I just had a rather cool couple of days with two of my very best mates Danny and Dave , god I really don't get to see those guys enough
Anyway sunday me and Dave did Camden , I got a couple of dvds 'The Eye' and 'Happiness Of The Katzakuris' and some tat from the goth shop . I was quite disturbed to find most of the market is now a building site , I bet there going to build a bloody great skyscraper there or something .
After that we got hopelessly lost trying to find Odeon - Covent Garden , which is actually nowhere near Covent Garden , we got there in the end though and saw 'Zatoichi' , which was rather fab .
Then it was back to the flat to meet with Daniel son for the first "lads night " I had had in an age . The ingredients were - prancing about to the beastie boys , fishfingers , lots of whiskey , nba jam and other assorted snes games , talking complete shit till 5 in the morning ..and this :
A film that would be Kates ultimate nightmare , big arnies first film . Its a true classic , I urge you all to see it . If only for the site of the big man leaping from his chariot to battle a man in a bear suit in central park.
"Hercules needs no money , Hercules goes where he pleases"
We were back round the shops today and I spent yet more money . All in all a good couple of days , lets hope its not too long before it happens again.
Well im off to read up on peoples journals and enjoy the rest of my bank holiday , bye folks.

I happen to have, on the pinboard in my office, a page that fell out of a book on Arnold Schwarzenegger and features a still from Hercules in New York (Arnie riding horse and cart through Times Square) and a still from Cactus Jack with Kirk Douglas, Ann-Margaret and Arnie in ultra-camp faux-cowboy get-up. Ever seen Cactus Jack? Possibly one of the strangest movies ever made. A cross between a western and a Roadrunner cartoon. i'm actually not kidding...
