IIt's flu season and thankfully I've never gotten it. But i think it's because I'm very particular on what I put into my body. I only eat real food. Real fruit, real veges, non processed foods. Real meat from the grocery store, no McDonald's or lunch meats. No fast foods at all. And I always drink a lot of water. I also take a vitamin c pill and a multi vitamin before bed every night. If I ever even thinking getting sick I stock up on honey, tea, and water water water!!
