Workouts: Cross fit M W F and Im improving by leaps and bounds!! I actually ran on Friday for 200 meters! (wait till you read next weeks blog, tonights workout was a PR for me. Thats Personal Record for you non-Crossfitters).
Weight (SUN): 272 Body Fat: 50% (loss 1% BF but gained a pound).
New plan! Slow down on nuts, raisins and fruit. Ramp up the PROTEIN!! I think I overdid the good sweets last week. So. Adjust. Keep Going!!

On SAT I went for a solo hike through the South Vegas Wetlands. It is a superbly gorgeous amazing nature preserve merely minutes away from where I live. I hiked for an hour, visited the soon-to-open Visitors Center, and felt a serious LONGING for the green watery outdoors of my birthplace (WA state for those of you keeping score back home). I also stopped by my Robertos taco shop for a crisp chicken taco salad; hold the shell, cheese, sour cream and beans EXTRA POLLO (that gringo is LOCO) and a Starbucks. Check out this paradise outside the food court.
I know!! Huh?!?! Seriously, its like Greece up in this joint. The day was so full of nature I though I was in a National Geographic special on the migratory patterns of Trentipotamusus in their natural habitat. Thats a real animal. Seriously.

Web site project: Just started converting a Joomla 1.5 site into a Joomla 2.5 site. Yes, it sounds like Im leveling a web site. No, its nowhere near as fun as that.
