Workouts: Mon, Wed, Fri Crossfit. No Cardio in between, I was too sore from first week back. Today however I feel so amazing!! I can't wait to see how much I lost next week.

At last Dr. Visit on Monday, I weighed 278 with clothes on, which is about 4 pounds of stuff, so I figure I lost 3 pounds this week.

First Game! We had our first game tonight, made characters and had a first combat to try out the system. A few kinks to work out and Sorcery is SUPER powerful, so more reading. One of the players dropped and another couldn't show again, so two for the first session. If you're in the Vegas area and want to play Mongoose Legend/RuneQuest 6e game set in the Age of Treason setting, give me a holler.
Made Paleo chili again, this time I think it's going to be even BETTER!! I added carrots (baby thin ones), diced jalapeno, green chilies, and skipped the tomato paste. I put in more salsa and the fire roasted tomatoes were in tomato sauce, so it should be perfect. Added cumin, onion and garlic powder, and fresh cloves of diced garlic, and some cayenne pepper. I'll let you know how it turns out.
The tomato chicken stew thing I made with carrots, turnip greens and pieces, peppers, onions, fresh garlic, fire roasted tomatoes and basil, onion powder, garlic powder and a touch of cayenne pepper for heat.
Both batches should provide 5 meals each, so lunch is more than covered for the next two weeks!
A girl actually messaged me on POF - I was starting to think it was a site where people uploaded pictures and then disappeared. Like an alien conspiracy. There's actually real people on this dating site!
