Finally we have the venues!!! I am so happy, this has been the bane of my existence for the last 3 mos! Below is all of the info we have to date. Hope to see you all at the Festival!
This year the Colorado Dark Arts Festival is pleased to announce
that we will be held at: Cafe Netherworld, The Church & Shelter
Nightclub!!!
If you are interested in volunteering please contact me at
darkestgoddess@... I need your full name, contact info and
any hours you may not be able to work. Due to the volume of
volunteers needed, etc...we will select the job's and venues each
volunteer has. There are exceptions, if you would like to help with
night before set-up, or one of the 2 breakdowns-please let me know
in your email.
Next up is DJ's. We are now taking submissions for local DJ's. We
are looking for a range of DJ's, from all walks of "dark" life. So
please encourage anyone you know outside of the goth-specific genre
to submit, don't worry Goth is still welcome.
Each DJ needs to send a 10 song sample set list to
pharoahmoan@... It must be an EXACT depiction of what you
would typically play. Along with the set list, you also need to
include at least one professional Colorado club reference of where
you have previously spun, DJ name, real name, contact info (phone #
& email) & a DNA sample
We are still accepting submissions for "dark" artists as well. Go to coloradodarkarts.com for details.
