Here is the info if you are interested in submitting your artwork to
be a part of the 5th annual Colorado Dark Arts Festival.
We are looking for artists in the "dark art" genre, it does not need
to be goth-specific, but needs to be dark by nature. Please be sure
that the pictures you submit represent what you would be showing at
the event if you are chosen. Because of the lateness of us getting
the Artist info to you, the deadline will be midnight Friday March 31,
2006-NO EXCEPTIONS. The bands deadline will remain midnight March 15,
2006. Please cross-post this anywhere you think appropriate! The info
is below:
In your submission you need to send ALL of the following:
1) 3 Images* that are a representation of what you would be showing.
IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED: These will be the images used on the festival
website.
2) 150 word max bio.
IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED: This will be used in the program and the festival
website.
3) Image* of yourself for identification badge.
IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED: This will be used for Identification on the day
of the festival.
4) Contact info and website (if available).
The website will be used to link to your site from the festival site.
I need e-mail and a phone number.
We use e-mail primarily to keep a fine and clear paper trail and
eliminate all possible miscommunications. I will need a phone number
as well. Both of these need to be reliable and checked daily.
SUBMISSION METHODS
You may submit in one of the following ways:
1) Via the CDAF website. www.coloradodarkarts.com
2) E-mailing directly to Randall at
RErkelens@integerdenver.com
All submissions are non-returnable, and nonrefundable.
*- High quality JPGs keep them around(6"x4" @ 72dpi or 432 x 288
pixels.
Anything larger than 6" (432 pixels) will be scaled down)
