And why the fuck is the State of California so broke? 5th Largest economy in the world, and not one dime.
No state tax refund this year obviously.

Expect a mass exodus of California Residents leaving the state if the idiot legislature and the bigger idiot governor (Schwarzenegger) cannot agree on a fucking budget that will get this state out of the current hole its in.

1.Save money, somehow get to Chile, and possibly try to get a resident visa...(Yeah, I want to move out of my house, out of the U.S.)
