Ok, kiddies. New post... I've been hassled long enough.

Tonight, I'm going out to a Mexican joint to watch a bartender. Know what I'm watching for? Looking to see if the guy's ripping the place off.

See, I teach bartending, and I'm familiar w/ how certain things are supposed to be done as far as transactionwise. This is my assignment. I'm to watch to see if he gives away drinks, under- or over-pours certain guests, if he gives drinks away to certain servers who don't have tickets, or call for two margaritas and get five...

I'm a bar cop this evening.

Then, tomorrow night, my bartending mentor and I are doing the same thing...only together. Four eyes are better than two, right?

So that's my plan for this evening. I get to look out for bad guys and catch them in the act. How cool is that?

Well, I didn't see or catch anything shady, dammit. But remember...tonight I'm working w/ my boss. Maybe we'll do it tonight...
