NYRs:
1. More housework.
2. More house repair.
3. More gardening.
4. More social (this does not include the internet).
5. More getting off my lazy arse and getting things done sooner rather than later.
In other news, I have a choice to make. Keep or sell. This choice is time-sensitive, because the longer it takes, the less it sells for. It remains a difficult choice. Family ties and childhood memories are involved, but I have never had much interest in the first place, and since the money would be gained by my own choice rather than inherited, I would likely be more willing to actually use it. Still, it goes against an instinct, and it puts my longterm income at risk.
Money isn't as important as what you can do with it.

Okay, asshole. How about YOU try going through a major surgery and have it fail, and see how you feel when you suffer through tremendous amounts of pain, emotional trauma and throw away thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing. Wow, it's like going to a comedy show, huh? Fucking HILARIOUS!
Way to earn yourself the gold medal in douchebaggery.
